Collection: William W. Combes

As a professional and commercial photographer most of his life, William Combes longed to enter the fine art chapter of his craft. Through the years, he's entered several competitions with some good fortune. Most recently, he won his first Public Arts commission offered by the City of Boynton Beach, Florida.

Combes photographed the four ecosystems (Ocean, Intracoastal/Mangrove, Scrub & Everglades) that are on a permanent display at Boynton Beach's new City Hall/Library as four black and white murals.

He is a firm believer that our lives, communities and planet are enriched through public and privately owned art.
